We always welcome new members to Speldhurst Bowls Club, whether they are experienced bowlers or complete beginners.  During the season, the club holds practice evenings on Tuesdays (17.30 – 19.00).   Non-members are welcome to come along for some trial sessions before deciding whether to join.  Please note; flat soled shoes must be worn on the green.

Lawn bowls is one of the least expensive sports which can be enjoyed by all ages and abilities. Your initial outlay will not be great and you probably already have some items in your wardrobe already.

We also have a few social events throughout the year, our enrolment evening before the season starts which is a great time to meet new members and socialise with the team, our summer club competition day is great fun and we have our annual Christmas dinner/presentation evening which everyone always enjoys!
